Social Media Services
Consistent, on-brand posts and profiles — run in your voice, in two languages, without eating your evenings.

Your customers spend their evenings on social media, and so does everyone who might hire you. We help you turn up there consistently: posts, photographs and simple ideas that keep the business in front of the people who matter, pointing at a website that actually works when they arrive.

Where AI fits in social media
Turning one long piece into a week of posts, and writing the first two versions of a caption that you'll then rewrite in your own voice. It saves about an hour a week and not much more. What actually makes social work for a business here is real photographs of real work, on a real day, and no amount of AI changes that.
Pick two, and do them properly
Trying to be good at six platforms with no time available is the standard social media failure. We help you pick the one or two your customers genuinely use and give those real attention. A single account with real photographs of the actual premises beats five neglected ones every time, and takes a fraction of the effort.
Local beats big, every time
You do not need a large following to be useful. A few hundred people within ten kilometres who are genuinely interested in what you sell are worth more than a big account full of people who will never set foot in the place. This is the part that surprises businesses arriving here from elsewhere. On a coast where the audience is measured in streets rather than millions, relevance beats reach every time — and the businesses that win are the ones that look as though they belong to the place they work in.
Photographs are the bottleneck, not ideas
Most small businesses get nothing out of social because there's nothing to post. We'll show you what to shoot on an ordinary working day — the job under way, the stock, the window display, the person doing the work — and it's usually the whole problem.
Don't forget the Google posts
Google Business Profile posts are the ones people in this area actually see, because they sit against the map result. An opening-hours change, a new menu, a photograph of the terrace: two minutes on a Saturday morning and it's in front of everyone searching nearby. It's the least glamorous channel and, for a local business, one of the most useful.
Advertising only once the organic side works
An advert aimed at a thin profile burns money fast. It buys attention, sends it to a page that can't do anything with it, and leaves you with a bill and no enquiries. Photographs first, organic working, and only then advertising pointed at something real.
Sustainable, or pointless
Any plan that eats two hours a day lasts about three months, after which it becomes a liability — worse than silence, because people notice when a business stops posting. One post a week, every week, beats every day for a fortnight and then nothing.

Common questions
- Is social media even worth it for me?
- It depends on where your customers are, and we'll say so rather than guessing. If they're on Instagram, a decent presence beats none. If they aren't, that money is better spent on the website and the Google profile.
- How much of my time does this take?
- None at all, which rather defeats the purpose if you were expecting to spend your evenings on it. You'd send over anything genuinely new; scheduling, writing and consistency are ours. Anything more elaborate wouldn't survive a busy August.
- Is paid advertising worth it?
- Once the profile and the website are earning their keep, and only when you've decided who you're trying to reach. Broad local advertising without that tends to spend quickly and quietly.
- Do you take over our accounts?
- Yes, and on this coast it's nearly always the right answer. We work inside your accounts, in your name, and you keep access throughout — you're never dependent on us to post in August.
- What about WhatsApp Business?
- Worth doing whatever else happens, because it's the channel a lot of customers here actually use. We can set up the catalogue, the greeting messages and the quick replies so it isn't a blank page, and it sits comfortably alongside everything else.
