Online shops for businesses on the coast — quick to buy on a phone, priced in euros, with delivery rules that make sense across Spain and Europe.

Selling online should feel like selling across a counter. We build shops with a short, trustworthy checkout and a back office simple enough to run from a phone, so you can get on with the product. Most of the businesses we work with here are selling far beyond their own street — to Germany, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and the UK — and the site has to behave properly in all of it.

Where AI earns its keep in an online shop
Two jobs, both unglamorous. Writing product descriptions in bulk, so you aren't doing forty of them on a Sunday in August. And answering the questions that repeat all day — 'do you deliver to Germany', 'is this still in stock in the 38', 'what happens with VAT outside Spain'. Neither should set a price or promise a delivery date without a person reading it first.
Sell where your customers are
Every sale through a marketplace comes with somebody else's cut of it, and it costs you the customer as well: no email address you can use, no way of offering them something in six months, and nobody to call when the platform changes its mind. For a shop on this coast, where a whole summer's stock might be olive oil, dried flowers or one small run of ceramics, that margin matters more than the convenience.
A checkout that survives contact with a phone
Most orders on a shop like this come from a phone, and rarely in the same sitting as the decision to buy. Checkout is where the money leaks: an extra field, a surprise about delivery, a pause — each one a reason to walk away from the basket.
Delivery is the whole argument
A customer in Marbella and a customer in Hamburg are not the same sale, and the site has to know the difference — what it costs to send where, how long it takes, who carries the customs paperwork once you're shipping outside the EU. Getting that wrong produces the emails everybody dreads: 'where is my order', followed by a refund and a bad review.
VAT, IVA and the part people get wrong
Selling into other EU countries from Spain means charging the customer's own rate of VAT, and the simplified scheme only applies while you're under the €10,000 cross-border threshold. There's a point at which that stops, and there's a real difference between a shop set up to handle it and one that quietly collects too much and then has to repay it. We build the site to collect the right thing; your accountant still signs it off, because that's their job and it should be.
Stock that tells the truth
Running out of something and still taking the money is far more damaging than having nothing to sell that week. We hook your stock up so the site reflects what you genuinely have on the shelf, warn you while it's running low, and tell you before a customer discovers it first.
The one weekend a year that matters
Most coastal shops get the bulk of their year in a handful of weeks. Which means the site has to survive a Saturday where two hundred people arrive at once, a stock file being edited all day, and a courier turning up for a collection that was never confirmed. Ordinary websites fall over in exactly that week, and it's the week the year's profit is made in.

Common questions
- How long does building a shop take?
- With a range you can actually keep on top of, four to six weeks. Big catalogues, made-to-order lines or complicated delivery rules stretch that, and you'll get a real estimate once we've seen what you're selling, rather than a number invented in advance.
- Do I have to run the shop myself?
- No. There's a plain admin screen behind the scenes, and we work in it on your behalf — send over a product and a price and we'll action it. Most of our shop clients have never logged in.
- Can my current products come across?
- Yes — products, photographs, descriptions and stock can all be brought over, so you're not starting from an empty shop. We check the mapping properly, because a catalogue full of slightly wrong items is worse than no catalogue at all.
- Where does the money go?
- Straight into your account. We set up and test the payment provider and configure the delivery rules, but the account is opened in your business's name, so nothing passes through us.
- Can you sell to the UK and Scandinavia as well as Spain?
- Yes, and a lot of the shops we build do. It affects three things: which payment provider you use, how you handle tax on orders outside Spain, and what the customer sees at the shipping step. We'll work through the specifics with you — and if you're only selling locally, we won't add half of this just in case.
