Web design

A web designer in Marbella you can pick up the phone to

If you are choosing a web designer in Marbella, the honest test is not what their work looks like in a portfolio. It is whether the person who built your site is still the person answering the phone when the booking form stops working in August. Ours is.

1

You brief us once, properly

Most projects go wrong early, when a designer spends a fortnight learning what you actually do and who you actually sell to. We do that properly in one conversation instead: what you charge, who signs the invoice, what your best customer looks like, and what you do when a stranger messages at midnight. After that, the questions stop.

2

Spanish business plumbing, handled at the start

A website in Spain is not a design job with a form on the end. Prices need to show IVA. Cookies need genuine consent under GDPR and the LSSI, and a privacy policy that reflects what you actually do with the data. Invoices go out in euros. Booking systems, payment providers and Google Business Profile all need wiring up properly. We build all of that in from the start rather than charging you to fix it later.

3

Week one, concretely

You send your photographs, prices, service list and anything you have written before. We come back with a written scope, a fixed price, a date, and the short list of things we still need. No design concept, no mood board, no three-week discovery phase before anyone tells you what it will cost.

4

We turn work down, and we tell you why

Sometimes the right answer is a five-page site, or no new site at all — just a fix to the one you have. Sometimes a business needs photography and a clearer offer before a website will do anything for them. We would rather say that in the first email than build something that looks good and earns nothing.

5

Nothing you have to pay for twice

There is no account manager layer, no theme licence sold back to you at markup, and no content held hostage so that changing one word requires a plan. Day-to-day edits — a new price, a corrected number, a photo from last night — are part of the job, not an invoice item.

Common questions

How much will my website cost?
We don't publish a price list, because a number without seeing your business is just a guess. Tell us what you sell and what the site has to do, and we'll send a fixed written quote. We will also tell you if a smaller, cheaper site would genuinely serve you better.
Can you take over a site another company built?
Often, yes. We'll review what's there first — hosting, theme, plugin bloat, whether the domain is in your name — and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or whether the accumulated cruft makes a rebuild the cheaper option.
Do you work with clients outside Marbella?
Most of them. We work with businesses right along the coast and out to Málaga and Cádiz, mostly remotely, with visits arranged in the quiet months. You get exactly the same person on your project either way.
Will you sign an NDA or a fixed scope?
Both are normal and we are happy to do them. The scope document sets out what is included, what is not, the price, the timeline and who owns what at the end — before any work starts.
What do you need from me to get going?
Photographs of the premises or your work, your prices, a list of services, anything you have already written, and your domain login if you have one. Missing photography is the only thing that commonly delays a launch, and we can help arrange that.
